Small Van Lease Deals

Small vans, small prices. BIG value for money.

Ideal for sole traders, established and small businesses alike, the small van leasing deals below offer enough storage space whilst still being practical and manoeuvrable – allowing you to nip in and out of traffic and squeeze into the very tightest of parking spaces. The best of both worlds.

You even get small vans which don't look like vans at all, and more like cars. The Toyota Corolla and Ford Fiesta, to take 2 examples. They're identical to the car versions on the outside, but usually come with more boot/load space. Ideal for the smallest of jobs.

And the last thing you need on the way to a job is a blown engine on the M6, right? Well good news, because all of these small vans are brand new, meaning they're less likely to break down on you.

In terms of payload, expect anything from 600kg to around the 1,000kg mark, but please do feel free to tweak this to your preferences down below by using the payload filter on the left-hand side of your screen.

Select from our small van lease deals and keep your business moving.

What's Included in My Small Van Lease?

Apart from a brand new van and fixed monthly payments, you get:

✅ Road tax

✅ Full manufacturer’s warranty

✅ Breakdown cover

Maintenance and servicing usually aren't automatically included in your lease deal, but our leasing partners will be happy to quote you for this if it is something they provide.

But remember, because the van is brand new, there will likely be a lot of potential faults already covered by your van warranty.

How Does the Leasing Process Work?

  • Choose the van that takes your fancy
  • Pick your preferred mileage, initial rental and lease term
  • Click 'Compare deals' and choose your preferred deal
  • Finalise your lease agreement with our leasing partners
  • Await delivery and enjoy!

Can I Lease More Than 1 Small Van?

Yep, fine and dandy.

And very useful if your business needs access to a fleet of vans.

When Will I Receive Delivery?

If it’s an in-stock deal, then you should receive your van in 2 to 4 weeks. (If it's helpful, you can filter all of the deals to in-stock by turning on the "In stock only" filter down below on the left-hand side of your screen.)

For factory orders, the waiting time is a bit longer at 2 to 4 months, but you'll often get more freedom to spec the van, including for your preferred colour and any optional extras. (Just state your preferences to our leasing partners when you enquire and they'll do their best to accommodate.)

What Documents Do I need?

Because it's a van lease, you'll be applying for a business lease deal, so it's your business details that you'll provide rather than your own personal details.

  • Proof of ID: Passport or driving license for the business owner and/or directors.
  • Proof of address: Utility bill, council tax bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months
  • Proof of business/income: A recent payslip or bank statement dated within the last 3 months

FAQs about Small Van Leasing

What is a small van?

In relation to large and medium vans, the small van category is the smallest of the 3 groups. As the name implies, they're small, yet capable enough to be able to carry a modest payload. They're quite versatile but tend to really excel in the tight spaces of urban areas due to their compact size.

You'll sometimes see them referred to as short wheelbase vans (SWB), which basically just refers to the width of the vehicle. Or to be more specific, the distance between the front and rear axles.

Can I lease a van with bad credit?

It's still possible to qualify for small van lease deals with bad credit. But there are things you can do to improve your chances of being accepted, like providing a director's guarantee or putting down a higher initial rental. Best thing is to just have an open and honest chat with our leasing partners and see what's possible. The most important thing is being able to afford the monthly payments.

Is leasing a van 100% tax deductible

As long as you use the van for business purposes only, and your business is tax-registered, you will be able to reclaim 100% of the VAT on your van lease payments. Or if you use the van for both business and personal use, you'll still be able to reclaim 50% of the VAT.
